Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Find quick info about bookings, activities, safety, payments, and more — all in one place.

What should I bring for a watersports excursion?

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and waterproof footwear. For snorkeling and kayaking, all gear is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred. Don’t forget a waterproof phone pouch or camera for capturing the moment!

Do I need to know how to swim to join activities like snorkeling or kayaking?

Basic swimming skills are helpful but not required for all activities. Life jackets are provided for safety, and our guides are trained to assist non-swimmers, especially during boat and snorkeling trips. Just let us know in advance so we can ensure extra support.

Are the activities safe for children and families?

Yes! Most of our water excursions are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 5 and above. We provide kid-sized life jackets and ensure all safety measures are followed. Our guides also give special attention to young participants to make it fun and secure

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our trip?

Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe—such as strong winds or rough seas—we may postpone or reschedule the activity. In case of full cancellation due to weather, we offer a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.

Do I need prior experience for scuba diving or kayaking?

Not at all! We offer beginner-friendly sessions with full instruction. For scuba diving, first-time divers can try a discovery dive with a certified instructor. Kayaking and other activities are easy to learn on the spot with a short safety briefing and guidance.
